AtStaff Careers - Regional Director
Position Summary: This position requires the ability to effectively prospect for new sales and assist in the management of existing clients for AtStaff. Additionally, you must be competent in developing and executing a winning sales strategy. This includes developing new prospects and expanding AtStaff presence with our current customer base. The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand the customers' business requirements and recommend the AtStaff solutions that will solve their business issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop pipeline of new opportunities
- Complete cold calls, prospect and qualify opportunities
- Effectively communicate the value of AtStaff solutions to key healthcare executives
- Build relationships at all levels within healthcare organizations
- Close opportunities
- Develop a detailed territory plan
Requirements
ONLY RESPOND IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have sold software directly to Acute Care Hospitals for at least 5 years
- Must have experience selling at high levels (CNO, CFO, CIO) in healthcare
- Knowledge of current information technology systems in healthcare (preferably staff management based)
- Strategic sales and account planning abilities
- Ability to demonstrate consistent plan achievement
- Knowledge of market conditions and accounts in designated territory
- Proven track record of sales achievement over a 10 year period
