Profile for .NET Developers

AtStaff Corporation is seeking a software engineer to develop cutting-edge, market leading software solutions.  As a Microsoft Certified Partner, we use the latest in software technologies and third-party tools within the Visual Studio environment, so a successful candidate must willing to become proficient in the use of C#/.NET development.

• 1 to 5 years in developing and testing Windows applications using Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio 2005, C#, SQL or relational database systems
• Experience in test-driven development is desired
• 4 year degree in computer sciences preferred, or equivalent work experience

To maintain the effectiveness of the team, technically qualified applicants should also have the following teaming and people relationship skills:

• Good communication skills, primarily for presenting ideas within the project team or within the company
• Excellent teamwork skills, recognizing that the success of the team is more important than the success of the individual. The successful applicant will demonstrate a personal commitment to the success of the project
• Willingness to learn from and train other team members in technology as required
• Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with others at all levels of the organization and with customer staff as required
